AI usage policy
Last updated: April 2026
We may use automation and AI-assisted tools for drafting, formatting, translation support, internal search, or operational efficiency. Public-facing schedules, fees, and booking flows are always grounded in data from our systems and are reviewed by humans before publication where material to customers.
AI does not replace qualified trainers. Live instruction, assessments, and certificate-related processes follow our standard operating procedures and applicable regulations.
If content is substantially machine-assisted, we still edit for accuracy, tone, and local context (Malaysia, Bahasa Melayu and English audiences). We do not publish medical or legal advice; when in doubt, we refer learners to official sources.
Data: we do not use learner assessment answers or payment card data to train public AI models. Support conversations may be logged under our privacy practices to resolve issues — not for model training.
